Ingredients :

¼ cup white wine

2 (6 oz.) salmon steaks

½ tablespoon low sodium soy sauce

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon maple syrup

¼ teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning

Directions :

Marinate the salmon with wine, soy sauce, maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, and lemon pepper seasoning.

Put the marinated salmon in the 3-quart Instant Pot Mini.

Fasten the lid and select “HIGH PRESSURE” for 8 minutes.

Once the Instant Pot Mini comes to pressure, then the selected cook time will begin.

Naturally release the pressure and shift the salmon steaks to a platter.

Press “SAUTÉ” and sauté the sauce for 3 minutes.

Top the salmon steaks with the sauce and serve hot.
